A: We offer a free consultation and a ball-park estimate. The next step would be to enter the detailed design and development phase with a retainer.
Q: Do you offer financing?
A: Yes. We have partnered with a program that offers low rates and no pre-payment penalty.
Q: I have my own installer. Can I just purchase your products?
A: Yes. We will sell product and provide delivery to the job site, ready for installation.
Q. If I give you the cabinet size, can I get a ball park estimate over the phone?
A: We offer virtual estimates when measurements or plans are provided. Please call for more information.
Q: Do I need to make an appointment for your showroom?
A: Yes, our Design Studio is located in Longwood and open by appointment. You may make an appointment online or call to set up a time.
Q: Do you have a discount program for builders and contractors?
A: We offer special pricing for custom builders and contractors.
Q: Will I have to hire my own electrician and plumber?
A: No, we offer full remodel services including electrical and plumbing through our in-house state licensed contractor. Though, you may choose to hire your own if you would like.
Q: Do you reface cabinets?
A: We have experience refacing cabinetry but at this time, we do not offer this service.
Q: What are the highest costs in a remodel?
A: When plumbing and electrical are moved, this is usually the highest cost. The finishing selections of cabinetry and countertops can also effect the remodel cost depending on wood species, door style, cabinet storage options and natural stone material.
Q: How does the price of quartz compare to granite?
A: Quartz prices can begin at a higher price point than a Level 1 granite slab. That being said, if you are looking for a light stone countertop with minimal veins, quartz may provide a lower price than a granite or natural marble stone of similar color.
Q: Do you charge for design services?
A: Consultation and ball park estimates are free. There is a retainer fee for design and project development services.
Q: I am purchasing an Orlando home from long distance. Will you work with me via video?
A: We would be happy to accommodate your long distance needs to accomplish your remodel. Between mailing samples, Zoom or FaceTime and screen share, we have all the technology to take your remodel from start to finish from long distance with confidence.
Q: I am a real estate agent. Can I refer customers to you for potential home remodel?
A: Absolutely. We can time the measure and ball-park estimate for right after closing so there is no delay in beginning the project.
Q: Do you install flooring?
A: Yes, we do. We install tile, LVP and wood flooring.
Q: Can I get new cabinets and countertops without changing my floors?
A: You may as long as we keep the same foot print or install additional flooring if you have extra in storage.
